Suggest Remedy For Fatigue During Menstruation

Hello, I m a college student and i am always in a rush and when im on my period that slows me down some, and even more when i have to take extra time to move my septate hymen out of the way to remove my tampon. Is this removable and should my health office on campus be able to ?

Hello,
Thanks for letting us know your health concern. The septum is removable. You can ask your medical facility on campus if there is a competent gynecologist available who can perform the procedure known as 'Hymenorrhaphy' to relieve the septum. You can also avoid using the tampons and use sanitary napkins instead to reduce the chance of infection, discomfort and the possibility of a forgotten and retained tampon. To alleviate the fatigue during menstruation, you should increase the intake of fresh fruits and vegetables and maintain proper hydration in addition to rest. Hope this helps.
