I have been suffering from what i think is over training syndrome for at least a year 1/2. I just recently stopped my training in running because i couldn't continue. My symptoms have gotten worse and worse. Some of the symptoms are things like fatigue, severe muscle soreness in my legs, bowel issues, lack of lactate response, no adrenaline, hormonal issues, frequent colds, no motivation. I have talked to one physician and he suggested i take supplements for my adrenal glands? What is your advice? Thanks, Solomon
