Suggest Remedy For Fever And Colic Pain

I have been to see my doctor about what I thought was a uti turns out no bacteria in urine its been going on since Thanksgiving went to emergency room Thursday couldn t take it they gave me an analgesic and told me it was cystistis its not getting better its worse and now I m getting fever and sharp collicy pains above my left buttocks what do you think this is?

Hi thanks for asking question in health care magic....

Noted you have colicky pain...
This type of severe pain occur when tubular structure getting obstructed by inflammatory adhesion or stone.
So here it could be urateric or kidney stone...

Also possibility of chronic colitis like condition that can lead pain....

You have to repeat urine routine microscopic examination with USG abdomen as further work up.....

Broad spectrum antibiotic like cefixime might given...

If still pain continue and no cause identifiable then colonoscopy or CT like higher investigation decided after your examination ....
