So here it could be urateric or kidney stone... Also possibility of chronic colitis like condition that can lead pain.... You have to repeat urine routine microscopic examination with USG abdomen as further work up..... Broad spectrum antibiotic like cefixime might given... If still pain continue and no cause identifiable then colonoscopy or CT like higher investigation decided after your examination .... Take care.
