Suggest Remedy For Fever, Cold And Cough

my son is 2.7 yrs old his weight is only 10.6 kgs he has fever upto 103 degree and caugh and cold but doctor advised me to give him mefanorm ,frisium 5 tab,and clamp kid forte but his fever is not controlling and iam wiping his body and head with the cold water fever is now varying upto 101 to 102

I really appreciate your concern and let me tell you that the symptoms of cold and cough in the age 2.7 years is self limiting and seldom need any treatment just a fever need to be treated with Acetaminophen and for the cough you can try pure honey at bed time, hope this information helps you, take care and have a nice day.
