Suggest Remedy For Fever In Children

Hi...I have twins and both are girl and four years of age.Off late they are having fever every now n then.Blood and urine reports are normal.They have running nose and sore throat. Also Have cough.Is the fever coming because of cough infection?? Please advise and also advice effective medicine on this.

Hi
fever in children is a common problem, the most common problem is due to lack of immunity, which they develop after 5 years.
add paracetamol 250 mg (15mg/kg/dose) upto temperature 102*c and do sponging with Luke warm water every 30 min intervals.
