Suggest Remedy For Fever, Nausea And Low Appetite Due To Benign Lesions On Tibia

Hi, I recently began having problems with a bump along the middle of my tibia. It has been there for a little while, but suddenly the past couple weeks has been growing (doubled in size suddenly) and causing me problems...pain, numbness, tingling. I went to my doctor and she decided to put in an order for x-rays....results showed what the believed to be possible benign lesions. I was supposed to be referred to an orthopedic for further testing, but have yet to hear back from the nurses (now the weekend). I have now developed an off and on fever. I have not had much of an appetite and have felt very nauseous all day. I am also concerned I about my leg....it is starting to feel very numb along the whole leg and cause pain in my heel, also almost like a tingling effect along the side of my body (almost like when a limb falls asleep . I am not sure if I should be taking this more seriously and also if I should make a trip to the ER? Or, if this is something that could wait a couple of days. Thanks
