Suggest Remedy For Fever & Severe Vomitting

i have a 6 years daughter who has been sick for over two months, vomiting , coughing , runny nose, temps, stomach pain. Just when i think she is getting better she starts vomiting again. The vomiting is very random . She coughs all the time when she is outside and it is distress her and me.

The vomiting is because small kids cannot bring out sputum and they swallow it.
My opinion.
1) get her blood work done
2) Take an chest x-ray
3) put her on full course of antibiotics with an expectorant syrup.
She will be fine and save you from distress.
