Suggest Remedy For Fissure And Piles

i am 25 yrs old women. i have problem fissure and pile from last 4 years. Local doctor suggested me go for Surgery. also bleeding at the time motion every time from last 3 months. i use lot off medicine but not well. My problem is that i face severe pain when the stool discharges from my body. please advise....

Surgery is a last option for treatment.
