Suggest Remedy For Fluid Retention Due To Intake Of Yaz Pills

i have been taking Yaz pill for 3 months and can t lose the fluid retention. I was previously on diane 35 for 12 years and had a break from it for six months last april and my hormones have been crazy ever since. i can lose 1.5 kilos of fluid after an hour workout and easily put it back on within one day .

Welcome and thanks for your query.
Fluid retention is a side effect of hormonal tablets used as contraceptive pills. You can reduce it to some extent by reducing your salt and fluid intake. Work out as you have noticed is another way.
If these are not sufficient you can use a small dose of a diuretic. I would prefer a combination tablet to reduce the electrolyte abnormalities that may occur with the use of diuretic.
