Suggest Remedy For Flum Formation In Throat

I suffering from continuous flum formation in throat which is also causing caugh. How to control this or totally eliminate and what are the food that I should not take to prevent this. My Age is 68, weight 67. I have been on medication for 6 months for sodium deficiency due to which I became unconcious and it happend 3 times in a span of 1 month. Now the condition is stable from last 6 months. Still I am using medicines for this problem. Also Doctor told me that some Brain cells were damaged. with a long medication this problem can be cured as per my Doctor.

Hello,

It may be due to upper respiratory tract infection or due to allergy. Use water vapour inhalation thrice a day for five days. Use tablet levocetrizine twice a day for five days.

If not improved then avoid cool drinks and freeze water. If symptoms not improved please consult with your physician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
