Suggest Remedy For Foot Pain
I am having excruciating pain in my feet. I am an RN of 7 years and I just switched to night shift. I always wear the same brand of shoes and now am walking less on night shift, but it feels like the tendons in my feet are tight and painful. Why? What can I do?
