i am from bangalore, nowadays i am affected by acidity problem. two month back i consult a doctor and started medication.,3 to four days after problem was ok... but again started. when i get some tension that time i feel miscomfort , and heartburn. last one week i am facing this problem. yesterday i consult a doctor and he prescribed a medicine. omez 20mg. now i am not cured 100%. i am a newly married person,.. so i am very much scared. my name is nikesh, 31 age, last year july i first consult doctor for this prblem. Sorry to hear about your acidity problem, which can be disturbing at times. Usually, I suggest my patients make some lifestyle changes apart From medications to treat acidity. I would advise you to avoid spicy foods, soft drinks and excessive coffee. Try to take small frequent meals and avoid taking large meals at bedtime. I advise omeprazole or ranitidine. However, every drug should be taken with prior consultation of your physician.
