Suggest Remedy For Frequent Erections Causing Pain In Testicles

Hi Doctor , I am Anand M 31 and am facing sexual probems in my life on daily basis ..... like i am getting erections many times in a day ...... which results in paining of my testicles later on if i didn't shag it or have sex .... But this is not possible always ..... Please advise why is this happening and what is the remedy...............
Also i want to increase the size of my penis...
