Suggest Remedy For Frequent Stomach Pain & Bloats

Hello Doctor, I am suffering from frequent stomach upset, bloating , irregular bowl moment,Discomfort from many years. I have done all the test such as Endoscopy,colonoscopy etc and the result did not show any thing. Im 27 years Male and weigh 48kg.What could be my problem.

More fatty food consuption and fast eating of food may lead to abdominal bloting problem.

Irritable bowel syndrom may lead to this type of symptoms.
