Hi Welcome to HEALTHCARE MAGIC..

I have gone through your query and can understand your concern.

You should be suffering from apthous ulcers. These ulcers are small multiple painful ulcers which could occur on tongue, gingiva, buccal mucosa etc. Cause of such ulcer is gastro-intestinal disturbance like constipation, excessive stress, viral infection etc.
You could take Becosules capsule once a day for 7 days. Apply a pain relieving ointment like Dologel. You could start using a mouthwash like Listerine, it will help reduce infection in ulcer. If you have constipation you should drink more water & could take laxatives.
You should also consult a Dentist to rule-out as possibility of precancerous ulcers in you.

Refer to a oral physician/dentist
Hope this information helps
