Hi I had hypnotherapy on the 11th of May to help me quit smoking I havent had a cigarette but post cigarette symptoms are becoming very difficult to deal with. I have constipation, flatulence ,my heart races, my skin and hair feels like it is crawling, I have head aches, im not sleeping well and im drinking more alcohol. I am a female, 48, I have smoked since I was 15 and I used to smoke about 10 a day (rolling tobacco) I am also forgetful and highly strung Can you offer any advice please The pnly medication I am on is everol sequei a hrt patch
hi dear, smoking to left stop it gradually like first you decide date to quit which is 10 to 15 days at least.then during that days you tapper down your smoking 1 to 2 per 1 to 2 days gap during which you chew some chewing gum or taking some mint product also start non sedative benzodiazepins and tab bupropion which helpful to quit.
