I am facing some issues since 3 to 4 years but couldn t see a doctor due to my financial position. I m suffering from frequent bowel movement, frequent urination, frequent night ejaculation, weak sex power, frequent thirst, and excessive sweating I m facing these issues for years plz help me

You do indeed need help, if at all you can gain access to a laboratory then we may need a few investigations to confirm the cause for your symptoms. If at all this is possible then please get the following:

+Blood glucose profile
+Ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis
+Comprehensive blood count
+Urine analysis
+Urine culture and sensitivity examination.
