Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urination

I have suffer problem frequent urination since one and half year and also pain in tip of the panis, but ultrasound routine and culture are normal ,urologist advise me to take alfoo 10 mg tablet at night atleast 7 weak, please suggest me best way to ovecome from this problem,

You have problem of frequent urination that may be because of diabetics.

Prostate enlargement may cause frequent urination problem.
Proper physical examination and history give exact idea.

Consent a nephrologist for further diagnosis.
