Suggest Remedy For Frequent Urination

sir while i am sleeping sperms going out ,i feel very tired in the morning , i am also having some urine problem whenevr i dring water i am going urine immediately, i also done sugar test i am not having any sugar, can u suggest me any medichine for this, i am 25 years old, 175cm height, 75kg, i am not having any oter problrm

Hello

Frequent urination may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection(UTI),diabetes mellitus,enlarged prostate(in males),psychogenic etc.
It is good that you don't have diabetes mellitus.

You may need proper clinical examination and routine investigations.
Investigations include routine hemogram,random blood sugar,renal function test,ultrasound of abdomen,urine RE/ME and culture/sensitivity.

Proper treatment depend upon findings.

Spontaneous ejaculation in night may be due to overexcited state,inadequate emptying etc.
You should avoid provocative situations.
