Suggest Remedy For Gastric Problem Causing Belching And Burping

HI, I am shwetha, I am suffering from gastric problem from past 3 to 4 years with very frequent burping and bleching. Burping would be very loud and it is very embarassing for me at work place. Along with this I get chest pain few times, pain in uterus and lower back. Is this all because of gastric problem. I am taking homeopathy but I have not found any significant changes. My food habbits are veg and nonspicy, but still I suffer from this. Can anyone suggest me how to get rid of this. Whati kind of yoga woould help me to overcome this.

I really appreciate your concern, here the given symptoms and the history could be suggestive of hyperacidity it is the hyper secretion of acid in stomach region and so many factors playing the role for this, and major is changed life style, diet could be the reasons, stress also plays the great role.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to treat this case with PPI and the best drug is Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day with Domperidone 10 mg once in day, try to stay away from the stress, it is better to get done the routine abdomen scanning
