Hello,

The medicines that your doctor has prescribed for your heart are good and the only one that may produce a stomach pain is the aspirin. You should contact your doctor and take his advice whether you could use only clopidogrel.
One very important fact is that a pain arising from the heart especially from decreased blood flow to the abdominal side of the heart may present as abdominal pain. When you have this pain try if antacid brings any relief. If not it is likely to be from the heart and you should see your doctor and get a new ECG ( EKG) done to see if there is any extension of your heart attack.
If you have any further query , you are welcome to ask me.
Hope you get well soon.
