Suggest Remedy For Gastric Problems

Hi My Name is Divesh, I am suffering from Gastric problem(symptoms: feel discomfort ,gas is going upward not passing from bottom and heaviness etc from past 2 years, Doctor has advised me lesuride tab I have taken for Five days then my illness is get slow but again it become fast after 1 month , What should i Do now ? Should i again start taking lesuride tab for 5 days , Is this is the temporarily treatment or any treatment by which I can treated permanently Please suggest I will be grate full to you.

Dear you may be suffering from GERD or acute gastritis. Avoid spicy oily food and alcohol. Avoid caffeine and smoking. Life style changes. Tab. Nexpro - L before breakfast, tab. Simethicone 80 mg twice a day. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
