Hi.........sir i am an advoacate by profession and suffering from diabetis from last 15 years.at present my age is 53 years...........i m facing a gastic problem from last few yeras resulting in to severe headache and vomiiting .........kindly advicse me...

Hello,

The gastric problem may cause vomiting but they won't cause a headache. Also, check your sugar levels and blood pressure status. I think you may be suffering from gastritis with irritable bowel syndrome.

You need to check the upper GI scope and stool examination status. Avoid spicy food and alcohol. Avoid smoking and caffeine drinks. Use tablet Nexium before breakfast for one week, tablet Normaxin twice a day for five days. If symptoms not improved, please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly.
