Suggest Remedy For Hard Motions With Stomach Pain

Hi Doctor,Am prabhakar here,my issue is whenever i had some little spicy food motion will not be usual..i mean its hard & also i had a motion coming feel sometimes but exactly its not...only gas is getting released,also during those days i had burnig belching frequently.Also after waking up in morning am getting pain while inhaling & exhaling in empty stomach & if drink 1 Ltr of water its paining inside the stomach not able to locate certain point of paining area...pls provide your suggestions..Thanks in Advance

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of hard stools on spicy food, unable to pass feces but the gas escapes on feeling of passing of motion, burning and belching and unable to pin-point the exact point of pain in abdomen.
This is suggestive of IBS-C meaning irritable bowel syndrome of constipation variety.
But it is very important to rule out other causes by the following investigations and to treat if found on hte way.
Upper GI endoscopy.
Tests of stool, urine and blood.
Ultrasonography to start with and to have CT scan only if there are some positive points.
Get treated properly under the care of gastroenteritis.
