Suggest Remedy For Heavier Bleeding

2 days ago,my husband scratched the inside of my vagina and it s been bleeding (bright red/orange color)kind of heavier,(I ve had to were pads) like if i started my period. I m weird-ed out, I m not sure if it s coincidental that i DID start my period 1 week early, or if he scratched me bad. it s a constant uncomfortableness that gets worse when i pee. however it did not hurt when i inserted a tampon. should i worry?
