Suggest Remedy For High Fever With UTI

My daughter had been running a high fevr since thursday. Highest was 103.8 took her to er gave 2 shots she has a uti...but had been complain of her head hurting dr did nothn about that..now she has a bad studder..never had one bfor her fever...is this normal

Fever come bcz of the infection in urine that s uti..
If infected subsides fever ll go down...
Headache is bcz of high grade fever... No need to worry about headache.
