Suggest Remedy For Inability To Move

I was diagnosed with SLE 6 months ago. I have been losing balance and falling frequently. 2 nights ago I lost my footing and fell down the stairs. I hit what I believe is my coccyx and now it s impossible to move, sit, stand, walk, etc. without immense tear bringing pain. What can I do?
