Suggest Remedy For Incontinence With Smelly Urine

Prostate removed in 2009. Corrective bladder neck surgery in 2010. Partial incontinence now. I go through 3-4 male guard pads daily. Is there a way to make my urine smell better, so urine that is collected in pad, between pad changes, is not so offensive. I try to change my pad as needed, not by time. Sometimes the pad does get full, but not to the leaking stage. Any idea on changing the smellThanks
