Hi thanks for contacting HCM...
Noted you have mucus in stool with blood tinge...
Possibilities could be ....
-irritable bowel syndrome
-simple functional bowel disease
-excess fatty food
-
malabsorption syndrome
-
celiac disease -colon inflammation
Get your stool examined.
If show parasite eggs or trophozoites then chance of
parasitic infection can be there.
If show pus cell bacterial colon infection there and antibiotic needed...
You can take
metronidazole like antibiotic on empirical basis..
For celiac disease antibody detection done.
If positive gluten avoided like rye , wheat etc.
Avoid stress .....
Be relaxed....
More water taken....
Blueberries rich in fiber, vitamin c ...so provide good digestion...
Red beetroots rich in fiber, pottasium and magnesium so help in eliminating waste substances.
Take care.
If still not improving I will suggest USG or
colonoscopy ....
