General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You can continue amoxicillin. Wash the toe with soap and water and apply topical antibiotics like mupirocin. If the toe is not viable it should be removed.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
