Suggest Remedy For Inflamed Skin Patches

I have had raised inflamed patches on my skin now for 2 years have had 2 abcesses, and cellulitis on my hand. my platlets and white cells have been high my symtoms are more like an allergy I went to the hospital with a rash all over me had 2steroid injections 2 Benadryl injections and some adrenaline, I have done all the allergy medicines steroids with no relief help

Hi.
As per your case history you are having vasculitis rash, my treatment advice is -
1. Don't squeeze the lesions as it may worsen the condition.
2. Apply a mild antibiotic plus steroid cream like fusiderm-b cream twice daily on it.
3. Take a NSAID like ibuprofen for 5-7 days.
4. Other treatment options are oral antibiotics, oral steroid taken only after consulting a dermatologist.
