Suggest Remedy For Inflammation In Ribs

Hi! I fell two weeks ago and badly bruised a few ribs on the left. The inflammation is going down and now my left clavicle is pressing against my windpipe. I already have shifty ribs, an elevated sternum, etc, due to a connective tissue disorder so I m used to shifty ribs, but never this. I m figuring it s because of the combo of the above. I am trying to get into my Chiro/Physical Therapist Monday or Tuesday. THANK YOU! Lisa
