Suggest Remedy For Internal Piles With Painful Bowels

Hello Doctor.. i have pain in my bowles while passing off waste and once or twice i have observed blood as well (in last 2 weeks now). I am going through articles on the web and ascertain that it piles (may be initial stage). I checked and could not find any lumps outside, hence assume it must be internal piles. The anus pains during passing off and hence i have stopped taking hard food, am taking more of liquid food now. I am able to reduce the pressure on the anus, but i want to cure this problem completely. Kindly guide

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

Pain during passing stools and blood in stool may be due to fissure in ano or internal hemorrhoids.

Treatment of both is different but lifestyle changes with drinking plenty of liquids may be useful.

If it is fissure then need muscle relaxing medicine with diet changes. If it is hemorrhods, then diet change with regular exercise is required.

If symptoms do not improve, please consult your surgeon who will examine and treat you accordingly.
