Please interpret my fecalysis report

I am 25 years old female.

Color: brown
consistency:soft
pus cells/wbc's:0-1/hpf
red blood cells: /hpf
yeast cells:
bacteria:
parasites: ascaris lumbricoides,hook worm, trichuris trichiura, enterubius vermicularis, strongiluides stercoralis, protozoan: entamoeba hystolitica, entamoeba coli, trichomonas hominis

Hello
First of all take IVERMECTIN 12 MG for two days on empty stomach .
Thereafter take albendazole 400 mg once a day for two days .
Now wait for three days and now take metrogyl 400 mg three times in day for next 7 days .
Get in stool examination after three days ( stoppage of treatment).
Now taker treatment according infection .
Some times also needed laxative after this treatment .
Still worms present write down type of worm over this site once again.
