My boyfriend has been having a pain that comes and goes
on his right side for about a month. It was more intense in the beginning and now pain is mild but today he started having grey stools. The pain was like in his intestinal area. He's a vegetarian and does workout and in good physical shape. He has had a blood workup and it showed that everything was fine but pancreas was enlarged but doctor said he wasn't concerned and ultrasound was normal.

Hello dear

Warm welcome to Healthcaremagic.com
I have evaluated your query for your boyfriend in details .

* This seems to be in relation with different causes as
- pancreatic enzyme deficiency - biliary tree drainage disturbances
- gut flora disturbances - peri ampullary conditions - others .

* Primary step is to find the cause for further management with stool lab
& MRI of abdomen & pelvis .

Hope this will help to clear your doubt .
Wishing him fine recovery .
