Suggest Remedy For Irregular Bowel Movement

I m 28 years old, Working as a recruiter in a MNC. My work is purely into night shift. i don’t following regular diet so my bowel movement become irregular.. Due to overcome this, i started to use the Drug "Dulcolax". I m using it for a long run. Initially I started with one Tablet, but now a days I m using 4 tablet per day. Became addict on that. I want to overcome. If one day i m not using the drug means i feel i m abnormal. Please suggest me

Dear you can use other medicine for constipation. You developed laxative dependance. Now you you can use bulk forming agents (benfiber, citrucel), or osmotics(milk of magnesia), use more fiber in diet avoid alcohol and smoking. Avoid fatty food and spicy food. If symptoms not improved consult your doctor.
