Suggest Remedy For Irregular Menstruation

Hi, my periods have been irregular for around 8 months and they used to be like click work. Last month s was normal but I have now not had a period since the 25th August. I have had achey period like pains in my groin for over a week now too. Iv done 3 pregnancy tests thar were all negative. My partner and I want to try for another baby so I m really worried

irregular menstruation can be due to stress,pcod,obesity,hormonal imbalance....u can visit ur gynec fr medication (registrone)to get periods...den u can go fr serum tsh n serum prolactin and follicular study etc to get pregnant...
