Suggest Remedy For Irritation And Soreness In Intergluteal Cleft

I ve been having a sore area right inside at the very top of my butt crack. Its hurts a little when i wipe and also sometimes when i sit i can a little irritable . could this come from moisture or sitting too because i do sit at work for quite a while?

Hi,
It seems that due to more moisture and less air ventilation in between gluteal region there might be having some local skin infection producing infection.
Keep this part clean and dry.
Avoid more perspiration on the part.
Apply triple action cream for few days.
Wear cotton inner wears which will absorb sweating and help in keeping area dry.
Ok and take care.
