I am a 31 year old female. I work as a cashier on my feet at least 6 hours a day. For the past 3 weeks my left knee has been popping in and out of place cause me a great amount of pain. I worked 12 hours on Sat. causing my knee to swell, I propped it up all day Sun. swelling went away but my knee still pops
