sir, i am a pharmasist and a lady age around 38 yrs. she has 2 childrens and she is complaning about she has no intrest in sex but due to her husband s force she want to enjoy but she doesnt.what treatment should be given to her. any treatment without side effects.thanks.

A reduced or absent libido is usually the sign of some abnormality whether physical or psychological. Please do not advice her any medications at this point, and direct her towards a doctor who should conduct elaborate tests like thyroid profile, sex hormone levels, ultrasound of the abdomen and pelvis, psychological evaluation, etc.
