Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. Decrease in libido (sexual arousal) can be due to decrease in testosterone or psychological. For increasing testosterone you can do regular exercising and nutritious and aphrodisiac foods. Foods like eggs milk products meat sea foods green leafy vegetables and citrus fruits will be helpful. For psychological cause usually is due to anxiety or stress. In such case behavioural therapy or SSRIs like dapoxetine will be helpful. If still strong erections are absent then phosphpdiesterase inhibitors like tadalafil will be helpful.
Hope this may help you.
Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
