Suggest Remedy For Late Menstruation After Abortion

Hello sir when I was pregnant of 8 weeks than I used clear kit for abortion but after 10 days when I went to doctor for ultrasound he said that there is clot about 6.36mm in uterus and said that there is no need to dnc this will yew in next period naturally but my period is not come on this month s also what am i doing pls help me

Hi,
I have gone through your query and understood the concern. If you did not see a natural period even after two months after the abortion, you should get further investigation. See your consultant, get a proper clinical assessment and follow it up with a pelvic/trans-vaginal sonogram. This gives you the status of the pelvic organs. If there is a persistent retained product, you may have to get it removed to avoid infection. Else, you may use hormones to induce a period to kick-back the ovarian function. Hope this helps.
