Suggest Remedy For Liquid Discharge From Bum

hi , today my 4year old has been leaking a clear liquid from her bum , she thinks she needs to poo every time and also when she strains her anus trying to release a poo , something like some skin poaks out of her bum and then goes back in , please help , im freakin out a bit

Hi...Thank you for consulting in Health Care magic. It seems your kid is having acute watery diarrhea probably viral in origin. Unless the kid's having low urine output or very dull or excessively sleepy or blood in motion or green bilious vomiting...you need not worry. Sometimes in this there is a chance of rectal prolapse which will settle by itself. That is what you are seeing coming out occasionally.
If i were your treating doctor, I would suggest you use zinc supplements & ORS.
