Suggest Remedy For Loose Motion

i am having 2 1/2 years years old son.He is suffering from loose motion,fever and vomitting from 26th jan 2012 and as my family doctor prescribed BACTRIM,BIFILAC AND CROCIN I followed it for 2 days but din t get controlled so again my doctor gave CEFOLAC & EMIZET for loose motion and vomitting but din t control but ifrom 29th jan we found blood mied up with motion and on 30 th jan she told us to admit him in hospital and some antobiotic and also glucose was given to him.and 1st blood controlled but loos motion continued ie whatever he eats he will go motion within 15-30 min .so on 3rd jan we came hom ie little improve buttill today he goes for motion atleast 7-8 time a day ie whatever he intake he will go motion within 15-30 min.Now i am giving him STIBS & LOMOTEL Also ALFAKIM INJECTION.Please tell me a rememdy for this what will be the actual problem?please answer he lost 1.5 to 2 kg within a week.

I really appreciate your concern, from the case history given here, it could be bacillary dysentery and it could take some time to come around multidrug therapy without culture sensitivity test may jeopardize the condition so in my opinion culture sensitivity of stool is must, with the right diagnosis and proper therapy it will come around soon, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day.
