Dear niacin cause flushing and 7%of people can experience loose stools. To improve hdl this drug is useful. Please consult your doctor in place of niacin you can use simvastatin, or gemfibrozel or in place of niacin. Or you can increase the dose of rosuvastatin. Please consult your doctor for further assistance. Just using anti diarrhea drugs not much useful. You can try loperamide depending on requirement.
