Suggest Remedy For Loose Motions

I am 54 years woman and suffering from Chronic allergy. Doctor gave me Telekast L however I am having loose motion 5 times a day from the last 2-3 week.Is this normal ?I am also taking the following medicines Folcovit and Normaxim. Please suggest ??

Dear you have to take care about diet, probably your suffering from IBS diarrhea, use tab. Loperamide if loose stool not controlled. avoid alcohol, caffeine and smoking, avoid spicy fatty food. Please consult your doctor if symptoms not improved.
