dear it may be due to the infection or irritable bowel syndrome. if your getting loose motion at early morning means the food your having before night is not comfortable for your gut.so please change it, avoid spicy food and alcohol, night time just take light meals.use tab.normaxine at night.avoid dairy products.if symptoms not improved please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
take care
