Suggest Remedy For Loss Of Appetite

dear sir , my son age is 5 years old his weight is 12 kg and since dec 25 he had fever but on dec 26 his fever gone since then he have problem of apetite he cannot digest his food well and he dont feel hungry i gave lots of fluids it work yesterday and he eat some how but today when i gave him milk he vommit i dont know what to do pls suggest me tnx

He vomited food. So we should first rule out any obstructive pathology in abdomen.
So get done ultrasound examination of abdomen.
If this is normal then no need to worry much.
Start cyproheptadine syrup.
Cyproheptadine is appetite stimulant drug. It acts on brain where appetite center is lying.
And it is safe in children.
So start with cyproheptadine syrup for increase in appetite.
