i am 61 years of age ,having diabeties from the last 7-8 years, as well as i am cardiac paitent. I am using insulin for the treatment of diabeties. Because of medicines and insulin my penis is not working i.e it is not erecting and because of this my family life is disturbed, on occasion i used viagra and cialis but both the medicines dont work now. please help me
