Suggest Remedy For Lower Abdomen Pain,gas,diarrhea And Burping

I am 63 weight 172 7 7 1/2 I am having a terrible problem with lower adomen pain, excessive gas diarea and burping very bad odor I just had uretha mesh
surgery and never had any problems until this surgery I will not leave the house because I am afraid this might happen and I h ave no control over urine either

I really appreciate your concern, lower abdomen pain with flatulence formation could be due to infection if this is the foul odor flatulence.
If I would be doctor of this case then I would try to managed this case with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, condition may not be due to the surgery and it is nothing to worry
